The Challenge

Energy exploration is one of the hardest industries to show authentically. The real story—the crews, the rigs, the sheer scale of a working site—usually gets swapped out for stock photography that could belong to any company in the sector. Anschutz Exploration wanted visual assets that actually look like their operation: real people, real equipment, real landscapes.

The Approach

We took the cameras to the field. Working on location at active drilling operations, we captured the operation at every scale—drone views of the full site, the rig floor, the control room, and the crew doing the work. Back in the studio, we built a consistent headshot system for the team.

With the footage and stills in hand, we delivered a complete visual library:

• Sizzle reel—a fast cut of the operation at its most cinematic.
