Josh Miles is the founder of Bold Brand LLC, an AEC-focused branding agency, and former Chief Marketing Officer for SMPS Headquarters.

Josh guides AEC firms through complex rebranding initiatives and also helps firms tell their stories with video—always through the lens of your brand.

Josh is the author of Bold Brand 2.0: How to Leverage Brand Strategy to Reposition, Differentiate, and Market Your Professional Services Firm.

A seasoned speaker and TEDx presenter, he has hosted multiple podcasts, including the Obsessed Show, co-hosted PSM Show, and his latest podcast, The Bold Brand Show, interviewing future-focused thought leaders in the AEC industry.

A longtime devotee to marketing impact, he once threw out the first pitch at a minor league baseball game dressed as a giant Subway® sandwich.

Josh’s unique point of view on the future of branding, design, and marketing has been sought after by organizations, corporations, and university design programs and is an advisory board member of the Purdue University Lamb School of Communication.

Josh frequently serves as an event emcee, and marketing conference keynote presenter. Miles was honored as 40 Under 40 by both Indianapolis Business Journal and Delta Sigma Phi, and a 20 Under 40 by ENR Midwest. Josh was awarded the 2016 Emerging Voice Award by Purdue University. Josh authored the Content Marketing Institute book, Bold Brand, and after five years, published the latest version, Bold Brand 2.0.

Josh is a long-standing advocate for bacon, loves to cook keto, hit the gym, and photograph new places in his travels.
